Ruck Up is a functional program designed to take your fitness to the next level. We use sandbags, kettle bells and anything else we can get out hands on to challenge your body in ways you probably never imagined.
Then on the weekend we go out to the countryside and do a good old fashioned military style Ruck Up but of course, we spice it up with some interesting intensifiers…Don’t ask. It’s intentionally ambiguous. Just come and see
